01The story
Noah and Ben Stanger grew up in a home where business was a way of life.
From a young age the brothers shared the same conviction: not to follow a path laid out for them, but to build their own — and to create a legacy of their own making.
It started early, and it started rough. At 15 and 18 they launched their first business together. It didn’t work. Neither did the next, or several after that. What they lacked in experience — and in knowing exactly how — they made up for in a refusal to stop. Each setback taught them what the last one hadn’t, until the work finally found its feet and began to pay off.
The Stanger Group is what that persistence built. The principle underneath all of it hasn’t changed: you rarely know how at the start. You decide that you will — and then you work it out.

Noah Stanger
Noah Stanger is an entrepreneur from Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed his secondary education at Michaelhouse, where he was also a footballer for Maritzburg United. This led to a soccer scholarship in the United States, where he completed his B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
He is the Managing Director of Stanger Enterprises, an Investment Holding Company focused on acquiring and managing equity stakes in high-growth businesses, with a core emphasis on Real Estate and Hospitality.
He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Stafara Property Group, a Real Estate Investment and Management firm specializing in Retail and Industrial assets. The firm focuses on strategic acquisitions and active asset optimization, ensuring strong performance and delivering sustainable, high-yield returns across Sub-Saharan Africa.
In addition, Noah serves as the Financial Director of Monseca Hospitality Group, overseeing the financial operations of its expanding portfolio of restaurants and entertainment venues across South Africa.
Noah has combined his passion for real estate with his expertise in financial and legal structuring to become a valuable founder and operator across all the ventures he is involved in.

Through Monseca’s portfolio of high-end establishments, Ben focuses on creating venues that seamlessly blend exceptional dining, contemporary design, and vibrant atmospheres, crafting destinations that leave lasting impressions.
